Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel had adequate rooms with a peculiar gap at the bottom of the doors, giving a somewhat worn-out appearance. The price of $35 per day was a highlight. The service was outstanding, with a great team from concierge to room service. The location was perfect for accessing the city center via the nearby train stop. The dining options were a bit pricey, and some dishes were mediocre. Overall, I had a satisfactory experience, considering the value for money.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The interaction with the concierge was top-notch, making our stay even better. However, having more nightstands would have been helpful.
The hotel had a very large and comfortable room but looked very old and not so nice, with a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. The staff, despite seeming understaffed, were kind and helpful. The location was convenient, right next to amazing shopping areas and food spots, and close to the Metro train. The dining experience was friendly but the bacon tasted like chemical preservatives. Overall, a mixed experience with good and not-so-good aspects.
